The Water, Agriculture, and Conservation Innovation Lab (WACI Lab), led by Dr. Bin Peng at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, is recruiting postdoctoral researchers and graduate students working on the water-agriculture nexus from microscale to macroscale — spanning plant-soil and plant-soil-microbe interactions, field-to-watershed hydrology and water quality, satellite and UAV remote sensing, AI for crop, soil, and environmental sciences, environmental data science, and agriculture in the Earth system.
